Florals are one of the prettiest and most romantic of prints, and used in weddings they can look beautiful! There are so many options too, water colour florals look whimsical, bold florals paired with other prints look modern and you can go for ditsy florals for a vintage look. Check out all the ways you may incorporate florals into your wedding below:
Recently we’ve seen the rise of alternate wedding dresses, from beautiful ball gowns in a range of colours to jumpsuits and two-pieces. Then you have gorgeous dresses in stunning floral prints that brides would look amazing in. I mean, don’t these just look so, so romantic and princess-like. The dreamy colours and full skirts make them look decidedly wedding-y too.
If you, the bride, want to stick to tradition white, sans-print, but want to incorporate floral into your day you can dress your bridesmaids in florals. Aren’t some of these just the prettiest bridesmaids’ looks you have ever seen? The whimsical, pretty, water colour prints are my favourite, but you also have the wonderful mis-matched dresses in different styles and prints which look just lovely.
Cakes are another way to softly incorporate floral prints into your wedding day. Monochrome is a fab way of doing floral prints for a darker, sophisticated, romantic feel and you also have the ditsy print in pretty colours for a more vintage look.
Stationery is another area where you can play with floral prints, pairing bold florals with a modern print such as stripes looks very stylish and is a great way of doing florals.
