Wedding Colour Scheme: Lavender

When I initially try to conjure up images of lavender and weddings and one thing springs to my mind, a beautiful bunch of lavender tied together with laced ribbon, forming a perfect part of a pretty, rustic wedding.

A little scroll through Pinterest later, I think Lavender is one of the prettiest colour schemes for a wedding – especially a very pale lavender, layered with cornflower blue.

It’s one of those special colours (see my all-time favourite colour scheme, blush, white and gold, for another one of these) that won’t look dated when you flick through your wedding album in 40 years’ time, that isn’t seasonal, and looks fresh, feminine and stunningly gorgeous!
