Top 5 Blushers for Blushing Brides

One of the most commonly used adjectives to describe a bride is probably "blushing", so using the perfect blush for your wedding day is really important! It's the one product that is probably most vital to completing your make-up via a perfect rosy glow and one product you definitely want to get right on your special day. Here are some of my favourite blushes for beautiful, blushing brides:

NARS Orgasm

Beauty editors, make-up artists and celebrities have constantly rave about this blush and no wonder - it's rich pigmentation combined with the natural peachy-pink suits-every-skin-tone colour and the dusting of shimmer makes this a complete winner.

NARS Deep Throat

Another wonderful blush choice for brides, very similar in colour but slightly less pigmented than Orgasm - and without as much shimmer. NARS probably do the best blushes, they don't fade during the day, they don't cake and they don't streak.

Lancôme Blush Subtil 03 Rose Boisee

This berry pink blush is especially perfect for winter brides. It's oil-free and oil-absorbing so perfect for oilier skins and the slight golden shimmer gives a lovely glow. The pigmentation is fantastic and it should stay put all day.

Chanel Joues Contraste Powder Blush Star Dust

A very subtle pink blush, used lightly it's barely noticeable but gives the apples of your cheeks a very delicate touch of rosiness.

Yves Saint Laurent Radiance in 07

One thing you'll want to be on your wedding day (apart from in love and happy) is radiant and this blush will ensure you are! Again this provides a subtle glow as opposed to full-on colour.
